Guy you have been taken to soon, I will always remember you my friend, especially our love for Max and Paddy, our time in the trenches quoting scenes that had us in bits "we run club land, we're a couple of tough nuts from up north" if you know, you know and we knew mate. At your best you was a top lad, funny and staunch, that's how I think of you and you'll not be forgotten, rest in peace mate.

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
